This weighted base, silver plate bud vase has the most beautiful wavy edges.
Felix Feres (stamped on bottom) dates back to 1875 and continues to be a family run business in Toulusse France today. Metal Blanc stamp indicating the vase is not made of solid silver but rather white metal like nickel silver and then silver plated.
