I have been making some small updates to my home lately. Many involve shelves of some kind or another.
While this latest home (it's been 6 years now!) has only one small set of built-in shelves, I have been able to make the most of them. And maybe bring in other opportunities to create shelfie moments.
EASY FORMULA FOR STYLING SHELVES:
- books, always
- a vintage find or two
- art
- vary heights with heavier items towards the bottom
- create a color palette and try to stick w/ it
- it's not glued down, change it, move it, play around
