Last night we made one of our favorites.
It's quick to pull together (great after a long day at the shop), so it typically finds its way into our weekly rotation. Sometimes we skip the rice and serve it over our favorite bagged Broccoli + Kale Slaw salad (IYKYK) from Trader Joes.
If you like salmon, then this ones for you!
Dry spice rub for 2-3 fillets of salmon
1 TBL brown sugar
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
You can rub this on individual fillets OR cut it into cubes, as shown above.
Air fry at 390 for 5-6 min if cubed, 10-12 if fillets.
Add jasmine rice (even easier if you use the bags of cooked, frozen rice from TJ's) and steamed broccoli. I like to dress my steamed broccoli with a splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.

*can also be cooked in the oven at 400 degrees
