Growing up the kids LOVED weekends when I would make these pancakes.  Mostly they ate them with chocolate chips, I prefer them w/ diced banana or if it's Summer then add in the fresh blueberries too!  I just made them yesterday and man they were SO good!

PANCAKES:

1.25 cups of flour

3 TBL sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

Mix dry in large bowl.

In separate bowl mix...

1 cup milk (any kind will do)

1 egg

1/2c. yogurt (plain or vanilla is best)

whisk this and then add in 2 TBL melted butter

Add wet to dry and gently mix.

VOILA!  

PRO TIP:  Make one batch of pancakes first to get the pan ready to go...as you see in the pic and then the next/2nd batch will reward you with perfectly golden pancakes!
